Malcolm de Butler is coordinating NTW since 2021, he has a BA in Economics and an M.Sc. in Finance and Strategy. Previously he has been actively involved in various environmental NGOs. In addition to the coordination of the network, he participates in the EU programme EURAD as « civil expert » contributing to deliverables and organizing workshops with various stakeholders.

Alexia Vicogne has been Financial and Administrative Manager for NTW since 2014. She has a degree in accounting, management and auditing and has been working on financial management of European projects since 2012. She is also in charge of human resources for NTW.

Gauthier Fontaine holds a background in nuclear engineering and a master’s degree in philosophy of science. He is currently pursuing a PhD in philosophy of science, with a focus on the epistemological issues surrounding the modeling of radiological impacts on the environment. Since February 2023, he has been working with Nuclear Transparency Watch, contributing to the European programmes EURAD-1 and EURAD-2.

Arthur Rousset holds a Master’s degree in Geopolitics, with a specialization in local geopolitics, particularly in public consultation and participation. Since May 2026, he has been working with Nuclear Transparency Watch, participating in the EURAD programme as a civil society expert, contributing to deliverables and organizing workshops with various stakeholders.
